Triggers
Triggers are Maven automations that run when an event happens, such as a conversation being created or feedback being received, or on a set schedule, without a customer asking.

What Are Triggers?
Actions happen when a customer needs something. Triggers happen when something occurs in the platform. A Trigger listens for an event, such as a new conversation, an updated conversation, or new feedback, or runs on a schedule, and then performs an automated task. A common example is syncing conversation data to a data warehouse like Snowflake.
