Graph of Record is Maven AGI's architecture for connecting to the systems a company already runs, such as CRM, billing, help desk, and knowledge, and mapping the relationships between them so AI agents reason from current, source-of-truth data.
What Is Graph of Record?
Enterprise answers rarely live in one place. A refund question can depend on the customer's plan in the CRM, their order in the commerce system, and the policy in the knowledge base. Graph of Record is how Maven connects those systems of record and understands how their information relates, so the agent can reason across them.
How Graph of Record Works
- Connects to existing systems: Works with the tools a company already uses, without a large data migration project.
- Understands relationships: Knows, for example, which policy applies to which product line or account tier.
- Respects access controls: Follows the permissions of the underlying systems.
- Stays current: Reflects changes as the source systems change.
Why It Matters
