One agent · Complete context

Stop herding agents.

First you got an agent for sales. Then one for support. Then voice, then WhatsApp, then one that only knows about refunds. Now none of them share notes, they all need feeding, and somebody has to herd them. That somebody is you.

One agent. Complete context. Maven is the customer agent. Your customers don’t see departments, and neither should your agent. Maven carries each customer from first question to renewal, in every channel. It doesn’t need herding. It does the herding.

Frequently asked questions · Mostly about the cat

You have questions.

Is the cat real?

Spiritually, yes. The agent is extremely real: one agent across every stage of the customer journey and every channel your customers use.

Why is it purple?

Brand guidelines. We don’t ask questions. Neither should you.

Do I have to get rid of my other agents?

Nobody’s making you. But one agent with one reasoning engine and one set of policies is a lot less herding than six agents with six opinions. No channel-specific agents to build or maintain.

How is this different from connecting several agents together?

Connected agents still pass customers between separate memories, rules and vendors. Maven keeps one record of each customer, one knowledge base and one set of guardrails, so each team’s work builds on the last conversation. A leash between six cats is still six cats.

Will it work with what I already have?

Yes. Maven integrates directly into platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, Freshdesk, Genesys and more, and respects your routing and escalations. It will, however, judge your routing silently.

Does it hand off to humans?

Cleanly, with full context. Identity, history, and context travel with the customer across channels, so handoffs are seamless whether they’re automated or human assisted.

How do I adopt one?
