SMS Terms
Last updated: August 17, 2026
These terms cover the SMS messages Maven AGI sends to designated users at the organizations that use our platform. By providing a mobile number for these alerts, or by having one provided on your behalf by an administrator at your organization, you agree to these terms.
What this program is
Maven AGI sends operational text alerts to authorized staff at our customer organizations. These messages support the day-to-day running of a customer's support environment. Typical messages include:
- Escalation and handoff notices tied to a customer's own configured workflows
- Service, incident, and system status notifications
- Account, access, and security notifications
- Operational confirmations a user or administrator has enabled
This is not a consumer marketing program. Maven AGI doesn't send promotional or advertising text messages under this program, and doesn't text the general public. Messages go to people who work at organizations that have a business relationship with us and who need the alert to do their job.
Who receives messages
Recipients are employees, contractors, or other authorized users of an organization that uses the Maven AGI platform. Numbers reach us in one of two ways: the recipient enters their own mobile number in the platform, or an administrator at their organization adds it on their behalf as part of configuring alerts for their team.
Consent
A recipient opts in by adding a mobile number to their notification settings in the Maven AGI platform and enabling SMS as a delivery channel, or by confirming an administrator-provisioned number. Consent is specific to the alerts described above. It isn't a condition of using the platform, and it isn't used to send marketing.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time. See "Stopping messages" below.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Volume depends on which alerts a recipient or their administrator has enabled and on activity in that organization's environment. Some users receive a few messages a month. Users with high-volume escalation alerts enabled may receive several in a day.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Maven AGI doesn't charge recipients for these messages. Any charges come from your mobile carrier under the terms of your own plan. Check with your carrier if you're unsure what your plan covers.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that program. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. You'll get one confirmation message, and then no further texts.
Reply START to resume messages after opting out. You can also change SMS settings directly in the Maven AGI platform, or ask an administrator at your organization to change them for you.
Opting out of SMS doesn't affect your account or your access to the platform. Alerts continue to be available through other channels you have enabled.
Getting help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You can also reach us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] or [SUPPORT PHONE].
How we handle mobile opt-in data
We never share or sell mobile opt-in data. Mobile numbers collected for SMS alerts, and the consent associated with them, aren't shared with, sold to, rented to, or otherwise disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes.
Mobile numbers are disclosed only to the messaging and telecommunications providers that deliver these messages on our behalf, and only for the purpose of delivering them. Those providers are bound by contract to use the data solely to provide the service to us.
Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy [link to /privacy-policy].
Carriers and delivery
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Maven AGI can't guarantee that every message will be delivered, and these alerts shouldn't be relied on as the sole channel for time-critical or emergency information.
Supported devices and carriers
These messages are supported on most major US mobile carriers. Delivery isn't guaranteed on all carriers, on prepaid plans, or on devices that don't support SMS.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to receive messages after an update means you accept the revised terms.
