What Is Ask Maven?
Ask Maven lets CX and operations teams explore their agent's data by asking questions the way they would ask a colleague, such as "What were the top reasons customers escalated last week?" It returns charts and summaries, with no dashboards to build or queries to write.
How Ask Maven Works
