What Is the Knowledge Inbox?

An AI agent is only as good as the knowledge behind it. The Inbox in Agent Designer continuously reviews an agent's knowledge and surfaces issues that could lead to wrong or inconsistent answers, along with draft fixes a person can accept, edit, or dismiss.

What the Inbox Flags

  • Duplicates: Multiple articles that cover the same topic.
  • Conflicts: Sources that disagree with each other.
  • Outdated content: Information that appears stale.
  • Missing knowledge: Gaps identified from real conversations, including differences between Maven Copilot drafts and the replies human agents actually sent.

Why It Matters

Knowledge maintenance is usually reactive and manual. The Inbox turns it into a prioritized queue, which helps prevent hallucinations and keeps answers aligned with current policy. See also knowledge base AI.
