Microsoft Teams: Maven joins your workspace

Microsoft Teams is now a channel surface for the agent, covering internal help-desk and IT support use cases inside the workspace employees already use every day.

The agent responds directly inside Teams channels and DMs, using the same knowledge and reasoning as every other channel, so IT and HR questions get resolved without a separate portal.

A Microsoft-standardized enterprise rolled the agent out inside Teams for internal IT support, cutting the number of routine password-reset and access-request tickets reaching their help desk.
