Freshchat Copilot gets a fresh look

The Freshchat Copilot experience has a new look and feel — cleaner layout, clearer suggested-response cards, and better use of screen space inside the Freshchat console.

The underlying Maven reasoning engine is unchanged — answers, suggestions, and summaries all work exactly as before, so no re-training or reconfiguration is needed after the update.

Support teams running Freshchat as their primary console get the refreshed experience automatically the next time they load Copilot — nothing to opt into or configure.
