What it is
Agent Assist puts a live copilot inside the console human agents already use — surfacing suggested responses, relevant knowledge, and draft replies as a conversation happens, without asking anyone to switch tools.
How it works
It reads the conversation in real time, pulls from the same knowledge Maven's AI agent uses, and drafts a reply, summary, sentiment read, and even a translation — the human agent approves, edits, or sends with one click, so nothing goes out unsupervised.
Use case
A legal services platform whose staff needed to stay in full control of client communication rolled out Agent Assist first — agents kept every reply in their own words, but stopped digging through policy docs mid-call, cutting handle time while easing the org into deeper automation later.
