Your Maven agent, now in every AI assistant your team uses
Maven MCP Server brings your Maven agent into ChatGPT, Claude, Muse, and other AI assistants, so customers can get answers and actions from your agent wherever they already ask.

Your Maven agent knows your products, your policies, and your customers. But your customers increasingly turn to ChatGPT, Claude, Muse, and other AI assistants for answers before they ever reach your website or support page.
Maven MCP Server puts your agent inside those assistants through the open Model Context Protocol (MCP). Customers can ask your agent questions and hold full conversations with it, backed by the same knowledge, policies, and actions as every other Maven channel, without leaving the assistant they already use.
How it works
Maven MCP Server exposes your agent to any MCP client through a single tool, ask_maven. When someone asks a question in their assistant, ask_maven sends it to your Maven agent and returns the agent's answer. The assistant gets everything your agent knows, and the answer comes from the same governed agent your customers talk to.
Conversations don't stop at one question. Each response includes a conversation ID, and passing it back continues the thread. Your agent answers follow-ups with the earlier turns in mind, so people can dig into a topic the way they would with a colleague.
Setup is just as simple. Each agent gets one URL. Add it to an MCP client and you're connected.
Works with the tools you already use
Maven MCP Server works with any client that supports remote MCP servers over Streamable HTTP. That includes:
- Chat assistants: ChatGPT, Claude.ai, Claude Desktop, and Muse
- Coding assistants: Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, and Windsurf
- Everything else: any other client that supports remote MCP
There's nothing to install on anyone's machine. The server is hosted, so rolling it out to a team is a matter of sharing a URL, not managing software.
Secure by default, on your terms
Opening your agent to more surfaces shouldn't mean opening it to everyone. Every request to Maven MCP Server must carry either the agent's API key or a user sign-in, so only people you allow can reach your agent. You choose how people connect, and each method has its own switch in the app settings: an API key, sign-in with your identity provider, or both.
Sign in with your own identity provider
Point Maven MCP Server at any OpenID Connect or OAuth 2.0 provider. Clients such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Muse walk users through signing in and register themselves automatically, so there's no client to configure for each one. Every question is then asked as a named Maven user, with their name and email attached. Your agent knows exactly who it's talking to.
Act on the user's behalf
Identity matters most when your agent takes action. With sign-in enabled, the user's access token is passed to your agent's actions as hidden user data. Your actions can call your own APIs as that user, respecting their existing permissions. The LLM never sees the token.
Your agent, wherever your customers ask
More of your customers now start with an AI assistant. Instead of opening your site or app, they ask ChatGPT, Claude, or Muse. With Maven MCP Server, your agent can be the one that answers, with your knowledge, your policies, and your actions behind it.
- Travel and hospitality: A traveler planning a trip in ChatGPT can ask your agent for recommendations, availability, or the status of a booking, and get answers grounded in your inventory and policies instead of a generic web summary.
- Retail and ecommerce: A shopper can ask Claude where their order is or whether an item can be returned. Your agent looks it up and starts the return under their signed-in account.
- Financial services: A signed-in customer can ask about a recent charge or their card's benefits from their assistant, with your agent acting under their own identity and permissions.
- Software and developer tools: A developer in Cursor or VS Code can ask your agent about your API, troubleshoot an integration, or check their account without leaving the editor.
Your brand shows up inside the assistants your customers already use, powered by the same governed agent behind every other Maven channel.
