
Today, I’m excited to share that we’ve raised $50 million in Series B funding, bringing our total funds raised to $78 million. The round was led by Dell Technologies Capital (DTC), with backing from Cisco Investments, SE Ventures (the VC firm backed by Schneider Electric), and returning investors Lux Capital, M13, and E14. Some of our new investors are also becoming customers and partners—a strong signal that Maven AGI is the GenAI Customer Experience platform of choice for the enterprise.
From Support to the Full Customer Journey
