Our Story

In early 2023, Jonathan Corbin, Sami Shalabi, and Eugene Mann came together to solve a problem they had each faced: scaling customer operations effectively. Jonathan (HubSpot, Adobe, Sprinklr), a leader in customer success , saw firsthand the limitations of existing tools. Sami (Google, Lotus), an expert in personalization and large-scale enterprise systems , had built technology that powered billions of interactions. Eugene (Stripe, Google), a specialist in applied machine learning, recognized AI’s potential to streamline complex processes.

They founded Maven AGI to rethink how businesses engage with customers. They built Maven to be the intelligence layer between enterprise data, AI models, and human teams—moving companies beyond reactive interactions to proactive, personalized experiences.

Today, Maven powers 50+ companies, including publicly traded enterprises, to safely integrate AI and deliver more impactful customer experiences.
